To request assistance from the Fire Department, please dial 911. The City of Cabool Volunteer Fire Department provides services to both city residents and surrounding rural communities. If you live outside the city limits of Cabool and require their services, you will be billed $350 per call, plus an additional $15 per firefighter attending, up to a maximum of $500. However, if you live within the city limits, you will not be billed as residents already contribute to the department’s funding through city taxes. The Fire Department, led by Fire Chief Brent Honeycutt and an Assistant Chief, consists of dedicated volunteer firefighters. They are dispatched through the Police Department and are equipped to respond to various incidents including fires, vehicle accidents, and medical emergencies.
