    The Cabool Development Foundation (CDF) is a partnership formed by City of Cabool, the Cabool Chamber of Commerce, and the Cabool Schools Alumni Association. The mission of the organization is to
    • Foster overall development of the City of Cabool and its trade area
    • Advance workforce-focused educational programs
    • Create local employment opportunities
    • Expand healthcare services
    • Create appropriate residential-housing construction to support economic -development initiatives

    This organization leverages the combined talents of the City Administration, bank board members, the Chamber of Commerce, the school Alumni Association, successful local entrepreneurs, retired executives from Fortune 500 corporations, healthcare and real -estate professionals, educators, and economic development experts.

    Success managers: This team is dedicated to working with businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals who seek to establish enterprises or relocate personally to our area. The mission of the CDF is to help you get your venture off the ground – and become successful over the long term.
    Past accomplishments of board members of The Foundation include
    • Attracting new manufacturing enterprises and retail businesses to the city
    • Creating of industrial parks
    • Constructing of a local campus for Drury University
    • Constructing and selling of industrial speculative buildings

    The Foundation is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation. Board members volunteer their time and effort. It is financed by and depends on the generosity of other foundations, businesses, and interested individuals, including board members themselves.
